David N. Dalton

David N. Dalton's 25-year professional career includes numerous entrepreneurial accomplishments. Mr. Dalton has founded several successful private companies and has served on the board of directors of several others, including his current position on the board of directors of Medical Design Technologies (MDTech). Prior to MDTech, Mr. Dalton was a Principal at Ernst & Young, one of the world's largest professional service organizations. Since 1992, Mr. Dalton has worked as a financial management consultant for a number of Fortune 500 companies until January 2009, when he was appointed the Chief Executive Officer of MDTech. As the company's new CEO, Mr. Dalton looks forward to executing MDTech's vision of creating unmatched practice management efficiencies for physicians through a combination of exceptional service and advanced technology. Mr. Dalton holds a CPA license.

Mark Janveaux

Chief Information and Technology Officer

Mr. Janveaux has over a decade of international experience in envisioning and architecting technology platforms and has applied his skills and business intuition across a wide range of vertical markets. Mr. Janveaux has architected broad solutions in use by some of largest organizations in healthcare such as Pfizer, Schering-Plough, and GlaxoSmithKline. Most recently, Mr. Janveaux was the CTO of Mobile Design Technologies and is the technological founder of the MD Coder and MDT Manager platforms. As CIO, Mr. Janveaux is committed to ensuring that MDTech has a truly best of breed technology platform as its operational underpinnings.

Aron Susman

Vice President, Finance / Business Development

Most recently a senior financial analyst with MDTech, Mr. Susman now overseas the company's financial, accounting, and business development efforts. Mr. Susman began his career in the area of International Mergers & Acquisitions with Deloitte & Touche in Houston, Texas. His previous experience also includes financial and accounting consulting in various start up enterprises. Mr. Susman graduated cum laude from the University of Texas at Austin, where he earned a masters degree in accounting and holds a CPA license.
